Komeda's Shirokoppe in Ikebukuro!

Komeda Sasamade Soft Shirokoppe, a store specializing in koppe-pan, has been open for a limited time at the Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro Main Store from March 16th.

Soft white koppe-pan is slowly fermented at low temperature over time using high-quality wheat flour exclusively for Komeda. After that, it is baked slowly to make a moist bread that retains its whiteness.

Including Nagoya's classic "Ogura Margarine", "Pork Eggs" and "Cookies & Vanilla Cream", there are always about 20 types of koppe-pan from sweets to side dishes. Perfect for breakfast and lunch, as well as souvenirs.
