On February 14, Komeda Coffee's Koppe-pan specialty store "Komeda Sasamade Soft Shirokoppe" opened its first store in Kanagawa Prefecture, "Grand Tree Musashikosugi Store".

Komeda's white koppe bread

What is sold is "white koppe-pan," which is made by slowly baking dough that has been fermented at low temperature over time using wheat exclusively for Komeda. Approximately 20 types of koppe-pan are prepared, from "snack koppe" such as the classic "Ogura margarine" and the popular "cookie & vanilla cream" to "side dish koppe" such as "pork egg".

In addition, as a new flavor, "Chocolate & Nuts" using Belgian couverture chocolate is also available. Chocolate cream mixed with mixed nuts is sandwiched, and it seems that you can enjoy the rich taste and crunchy texture.
