Komeda's Koppe-pan specialty store "Komeda Sasamade Soft Shirokoppe" opened on December 13th at the Daimaru Kyoto store for a limited time. This is the first store in Kyoto.

The product for sale is "white koppe-pan," which is made with particular attention to flour, fermentation, and baking. Koppe-pan, which is characterized by its moist and soft texture, is finished by sandwiching various ingredients such as the classic "Ogura Margarine" as well as snacks and side dishes.
