The fragrant brown rice-flavored milk ice cream is topped with a chewy dumpling. The taste is brought out by combining kelp soup stock and two types of whole soy sauce. It seems that sweet and spicy mitarashi sauce like a specialty store is often entwined with ice cream and dumplings.
