"Lindt White Chocolate Sakura Ice Drink" will be on sale for a limited time from February 16th to April 1st at each Linz Chocolat Cafe (finished as soon as it runs out). The price is 772 yen (tax included, same below).
A seasonal drink that is popular every year and brings a gentle spring scent a little earlier. Based on white chocolate, syrup-pickled flax cherry and puree of griot cherry are blended. Finish with white chocolate copo and whipped cream, cherry sauce, and cherry leaf powder.
A spring-like cup where the sweetness of white chocolate gently wraps the acidity of cherries. You can also enjoy the faint saltiness and the scent of cherry blossoms.
At the Ginza store, syrup of cherry blossom petals is added. The price is 1,388 yen.
In addition, Linz's macaron "Linz Delise Sakura" will be on sale for a limited time (excluding outlet stores). Ganache is sandwiched with white chocolate mixed with cherry puree and cherry syrup to give it a slightly salty taste. The price is 302 yen.
