The summer chocolate dessert "Lindt Mousse au Chocolat Cacao 66%" will be released on July 1st at each Linz Chocolat Cafe.

This is a cold chocolate dessert that uses 66% cacao chocolate but has a light and smooth texture. The creme shanti is fluffy on top of the mousse au chocolat and topped with chocolate cocoa and cocoa powder.

Available stores are Omotesando store, Shibuya store, Kichijoji store, LUMINE Tachikawa store, LUMINE Kitasenju store, Yokohama Bay Quarter store, Nagoya LACHIC store. The price is 680 yen (tax included).

In addition, at the Ginza store and Jiyugaoka store, it will be served in a "dessert style" served on a plate. Mousse au chocolat is layered on top of the biscuit dough and served with refreshing sour grapefruit, mildly sweet vanilla ice cream and light creme shanti. The crispy texture of the sable chocolate and the refreshing sensation of the mint leaves are accented. The price is 1,620 yen (tax included).
