Eastern Beauty Tea Pudding

This is a very popular summer pudding that is sold exclusively at Pastel Omotesando. Smooth soy milk pudding flavored with Eastern Beauty Tea is topped with aromatic boiled Eastern Beauty Tea jelly, colorful fruits (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and raspberry), and mint.

This is a refreshing looking Taiwanese sweet for summer. The price is 680 yen. Available from July 1 to August 31.

Smooth Watermelon Jelly

Jelly using fresh watermelon, popular in Taiwan. Diced Japanese watermelon is combined with plain jelly. The texture of the fresh watermelon and the smooth, slippery jelly make this a perfect summer treat. The price is 480 yen, and on "Watermelon Day" on July 27, the price remains the same but the amount of watermelon is doubled.
