Hot cake mix 150g (5.29oz)
Butter (margarine is OK) 30g (1.06oz)
1 tablespoon milk
If the pumpkin has a lot of water, do not use milk.
● How to makeCut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
Put the pumpkin in a heat-resistant bowl and lightly sprinkle with water. Wrap it gently and heat it in the microwave (500W) for 4-5 minutes. When the pumpkin becomes soft, drain it and crush it with the skin.
Put the pancake mix and the torn butter in a bowl and mix while crushing the butter by hand. It's OK if the whole thing is tattered.
Add crushed pumpkin to a bowl and mix with a spatula. If the dough doesn't come together well with just the water from the pumpkin, add milk and put it together.
Put the dough together by hand. It feels like you're putting it together without kneading.
