This Japanese-style mont blanc offers the full flavor of Rihira chestnuts, known as the "king of chestnuts. The homemade sweetened Rihira chestnuts are wrapped in smooth Mont Blanc cream.


The refined sweetness of the chestnuts is combined with the fragrant aroma of hojicha tea babalouis, the soft and chewy texture of gyuhi (rice cake), and moist baked almond cake. You can enjoy the rich taste created by the combination of Japanese ingredients. Italian Chestnut Mont Blanc

Chestnut-filled Mont-Blanc with whole Italian chestnuts locked inside. The cream with marron glace, which has a concentrated sweetness of chestnuts, is layered with aromatic whole Italian chestnuts and filled with extra-fine Mont Blanc cream blended with three kinds of marron pastes.


The pastry chef uses a 2mm ultra-thin "Odamaki" pastry clip to squeeze the cream while allowing it to breathe air by delicate manual work, so that the smoothness of the freshly made cream and the aroma of the chestnuts can be enjoyed.
