Kyoto Uji Matcha pudding "Ryoku"

A product supervised by Mr. Haruhide Morita, who won the national tea examination technology competition three times. Aged matcha pudding with a rich aroma and the original taste of tea leaves is layered with a mellow Wasanbon sugar cream jelly that accentuates the aroma of matcha. Served with "roasted matcha sugar" sprinkled just before eating.

Sweet potato pudding (using Kagoshima Prefecture Beniharu)

A pudding that uses abundantly "Kouharu" from Kagoshima prefecture, which has a high sugar content and a moist texture so that it is called honey potato. Anglaze sauce with fermented butter is combined. A mild taste reminiscent of sweet potatoes with a gentle sweetness.
