Lettuce, sunny lettuce, tomatoes, green beans, kaiware, corn, and olives are used in a variety of colors and garnished with bacon. The dressing does not contain vinegar, but rather a well-balanced combination of the sour, sweet, and savory flavors of onions, carrots, apples, and sesame seeds, with the addition of a rich egg yolk flavor.It is sold at Italian Tomato Cafe Junior, Italian Tomato Cafe, Italian Tomato Cafe Junior Plus, Cafe Superiore, Caffè Italian Tomato, and Caffè Vigore. It is reported that some stores do not carry the product.
