The improved "French cruller dough" has a lighter and easier-to-eat texture by increasing the amount of eggs compared to the conventional one. Furthermore, the taste of the dough has been improved to a deeper dough by adding custard flavor. Even if you top it with whipped cream or chocolate such as Angel French, it goes well with the richness of the French cruller dough and you can enjoy it deliciously.
