"Nijiiro Fruit Tart," "Domestic Fruit Roll," and "Fuji Apple Custard Pie from Aomori Prefecture" will be on sale from September 3rd at each Fujiya pastry shop.

Nijiiro fruit tart

A tart cake made by squeezing chanterie cream on a tart stand and decorating it with yellow peach, white peach, koyuzu, ping grapefruit, anzu, pineapple pickled in syrup, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. The colorful fruits make you feel like a rainbow. The price is 520 yen (tax included, same below).

Domestic fruit roll

A fluffy sponge roll cake with chantery cream, strawberries, melons, yellow peach syrup, and sweet summer syrup. Domestic fruits are colorfully tailored. The price is 500 yen.

Fuji apple custard pie from Aomori prefecture

A pie cake made by putting sponge and custard cream with apples on the pie crust and decorating it with plenty of Fuji apples from Aomori prefecture. The refreshing taste of Fuji apples from Aomori prefecture and the gentle sweetness of custard are irresistible. The price is 440 yen.
