Fruit Cream Bread: Strawberry

In order to make strawberry the star of the product, we made many prototypes, paying close attention to the pulpiness and sweet and sour taste of the strawberry when it is processed into jam. Two layers of Hattendo's special melt-in-your-mouth cream and a generous amount of strawberry jam are used to create a soft and fluffy texture and a refreshing sweet and sour taste of strawberry jam.

Noufuku JAS is a Japanese Agricultural Standard established in 2019, and its official name is "Agricultural and Forestry Standard for Foods Involving People with Disabilities in the Production Process.
