Nogami Wakayama

Lemon Marmalade Jam Nogami will introduce "Wakayama Lemon Marmalade Jam" as a new flavor of jam to be enjoyed with bread, available in limited quantities at all stores in Japan (excluding overseas stores) from April 1, 2023. The price is 1,080 yen per bottle (tax included).

. The peel is thoroughly cooked and the fresh aroma and tartness of ripe lemons can be enjoyed.

The sourness and aroma of the rind have been adjusted to match both types of bread in the Nogami bread series: "Founding" Nogami, which is soft to the point of breaking at the waist, and "Kuroyama" Nogami, which has a delicious flavor and is baked until just before it is burnt. In addition, the ingredients and the shape of the peel slices have been carefully selected so that the texture of the lemon peel can be enjoyed.
