Silver Grape will release "Komeda Coffee Shop's Ogura Toast Sablé", a collaboration product with Coffee Shop Komeda Coffee Shop, on March 10 (Friday) only in the Nagoya area.

Sablé

is a collaboration between Komeda Coffee Shop, a full-service coffee shop that originated in Nagoya, and Gin-no-Grapu, which has been creating creative sweets. Gin-no-Grapu" is the brand that debuted with the famous "Tokyo Banana" as a Tokyo souvenir. This time, in collaboration with Coffee Shop Komeda Coffee Shop, which has spread Nagoya's coffee culture throughout the country, they have seriously created a souvenir confectionary that will become a new Nagoya specialty.


It looks just like a freshly baked toast topped with sweet bean paste and butter. The toasted sablé topped with Ogura-an (sweet bean paste) also has a round, voluminous shape, inspired by the round, voluminous Ogura-an found at Coffee Shop Komeda Coffee Shop.


Hokkaido azuki beans are used for the ingredients. The chocolate-coated Ogura-an is placed on a toasted sable topped with buttery breadcrumbs and topped with a rich square of butter chocolat to create Nagoya's famous "Ogura Toast".


The theme of the package is "A Delicious Moment at the Coffee Shop Komeda Coffee Shop. The design features a coffee cup with a retro and delicious looking "Ogura Toast Sable" and "Uncle Komeda" on it. The orange design on the side of the package is reminiscent of a coffee shop, and the coffee cups are designed with the image of "Uncle Komeda" on the side.
