Kotsuka

" is made from Nara Prefecture's "Koto Hana," a high-end strawberry produced in Nara Prefecture. The name "Koto Hana" was chosen in the hope that it will become the "flower" of Nara, the "ancient capital" of Japan.

This strawberry is very rare because it can only be grown in Nara Prefecture and there are only a few farmers who grow it due to the difficulty of cultivation. They are high in sugar content and have a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

Pearl

White Strawberry Pearl White is one of the whitest of the many varieties of white strawberries. It is grown only by a limited number of farmers to preserve its rarity and high quality. Even though they are white, they are fully ripe and have a refreshing sweetness.
