gateau chocolat doughnut The newly developed gateau chocolat-inspired doughnut dough is crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth moist on the inside. To enhance the deliciousness of the dough, we collaborated with patissier Chef Arumotsuka to create a calculated "layering of textures" and carefully layered various cream and topping textures onto the gateau chocolat doughnut.

Triolet Chocolat

As the name "triolet" (meaning "triplet" in French) suggests, this product offers three different textures of doughnut dough: crispy, dusty, and moist. The gâteau chocolat doughnut is filled with ganache chocolate cream and chocolate whip, and topped with candied almonds and chocolate curls. It is finished with cocoa powder.

Nois de Coco

gâteau chocolat doughnut is coated with white chocolate and topped with roasted coconut longs. Squeezed with salted caramel cream.

Pistache

Gâteau au chocolat doughnut dusted with cocoa powder and topped with chocolate whip and pistachio whip. Topped with roasted pistachios.

Gâteau Chocolat donut covered with chocolate whipped cream and marron whipped cream, topped with candied almonds.
