De La Chocolat

GINZA

De La Chocolat GINZA is a specialty chocolate baumkuchen made with Nenrinke's signature chocolat balm, poured with a thick layer of sweet chocolat from Belgium, the chocolate capital of the world. The dough is made from Mount Baum Brownie, which Nenrinke bakes only in winter. It is kneaded with century-old cocoa from Ferklin, Switzerland, and cacao mass, the essence of chocolate, and baked slowly for a long time.


The chocolate is then dressed up with crispy pearl chocolates for a Valentine's Day look. The texture is also accented. The flavor that overflows from every cut is like a "chocolate terrine in a baumkuchen.

Straight Balm Chocolat & Cocoa" is a chocolate baumkuchen in which cacao mass and cocoa, the source of chocolate, are kneaded into the dough and delicately baked one layer at a time. To warm the baumkuchen, heat it up in a microwave oven for 30 seconds at 500W with the box still in the microwave (adjust the time to your liking). You can enjoy the authentic flavor of crispy on the outside and moist and matured on the inside, with the aroma of our special butter, while still warm.

La Chocolat Ginza "De La Chocolat Ginza" will go on sale on January 12 as a limited item for the Valentine's Day season. It will be available until around February 18. The online store will accept orders until February 11.
