2023 Pastel Fukubukuro 2023, an assortment of popular products from the Pastel sweets brand known for its "Smooth Pudding," will be on sale from Friday, December 30 to Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Reservations will be accepted starting Friday, November 18.

Pastel's 2023 fukubukuro comes in two types, large and small, and includes popular baked sweets and a voucher for its signature "Smooth Pudding" product.

Smooth Pudding

Pastel's signature product, created in 1993 and still loved nearly 30 years after its launch. You can enjoy its smooth texture that melts in your mouth.


The smooth pudding is made with egg yolks, cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla flavor, and has two layers. You can enjoy its rich and soft texture and refreshing milky taste.

Caramel Almond Rusk

: Crispy and savory baked rusk. The French bread is layered with caramel and almonds in a florentine style.

Madeleine

Madeleine with a sweet buttery aroma and moist texture. The flavor of lemon accents the soft aroma.

Financier

: A crispy, moist financier with the aroma of burnt butter.

Smooth Cheese Souffle

Caramel-flavored cheese souffle cake. Slowly baked in hot water, it has a light and fluffy texture.
