Patisserie Pinede Seasonal Shortcake Apple

The cake that was well received in 2021 will be available again in 2022. Apples, which are in season from fall to winter, are used to create a refreshing taste and gentle sweetness unique to apples.

The sponge is soft and fluffy with a mild sweetness that spreads in the mouth, and is covered with bite-size pieces of apple compote, custard cream, and whipped cream. The topping is not only apple compote, but also fresh apples.


The raw apple has a fresh and crisp texture that lets you feel the flavor of the fruit, while the apple compote has a crunchy texture that brings out the flavor of the apple, and the same apple has a slightly different sweet and sour taste.

It will be available at stores in Tokyo and elsewhere. Prices will differ in some stores.
