Since its launch in 1998, the financier has been well-loved. Ginza Financier" was developed with the desire to make the financier even more enjoyable.

This time, we focused on the texture. Against the backdrop of the continuing need for "comfort," we pursued a "chunky" texture, a comforting texture that Japanese people love. We blended rice flour to create the "mochiri-chiri" texture. The simple taste of rice flour, the fragrance of almonds, and the mellowness of butter spread out.


The blend of fragrant almond pudding creates a lasting taste. Fermented butter is used to create an aromatic and rich flavor.

Priced at 162 yen per piece, 648 yen for a set of 4, and 1,296 yen for a set of 8 (tax included). The "Ginza Financier" (4-packs and 8-packs) are also available at the Ginza KOJI CORNER online store.


Flour is used as an ingredient.
Due to the use of honey as part of the ingredients, infants under one year of age should not eat this product.

To celebrate the launch, customers who purchase 1,000 yen or more including tax at fresh cake stores (excluding some stores) will receive one "Ginza Financier" as a free gift. 50 people per store on a first-come, first-served basis from September 23, and the offer will end as soon as the cakes are gone.


There are no stores selling fresh cakes in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
