Katsuya Cold Soba with Stewed Pork Cutlet

This dish is designed for those who want a solid meal and want to eat katsu (pork cutlet), but are not confident enough to finish a bowl of katsu-don (pork cutlet bowl).

The hot cutlet stew is placed on top of cold soba noodles to make it both easy and satisfying to eat, and is served with half a bowl of rice as a "just right" accompaniment, a menu item unique to Katsuya. It is available only at eat-in restaurants and is not available for To go. It will be sold at all stores in Japan except for a few.
