Originally, the menu of Negishi's sister store "Shirokatsu & Roll Cabbage Negishi Po" (currently Yurakucho store only). This is limited to the Gotanda West Exit store and is offered together with the regular menu.

Shirokatsu lineup

The lineup of Shirokatsu is "Fillet Shirokatsu Set", "Rose Shirokatsu Set", "Mixed Shirokatsu Set" with fillet and loin, and "Shirokatsu Curry" with both loin and fins. This time, I chose the restaurant's recommended "Filler Shirokatsu Set" (1,350 yen including tax).

Insanely delicious! !! !! !! First of all, it's softer than any pork cutlet I've ever eaten. I don't think the meat is great if it's tender, but I was shocked by its crisp and elegant tenderness. And every time I chew, the taste of meat overflows ... What is this!

Even if the clothes are white, they are crispy. The sweet flavor of wheat remains strong because the aroma is weak, and this goes well with the taste of meat! I want to applaud the unprecedented sense of unity between clothing and meat.
