Torori Yamakake Kaisenzakari
The 10th "naughty project" in the Serious Sushi series is the "Torotori-Yamakake Kaisenzakari," which allows customers to enjoy the final touches themselves. It looks like a cute cake when it arrives in your hand, but when you pull up the film around it, yam and seafood appear from inside. The ingredients are selected from Kappa Sushi's standard products, including salmon roe, salmon roe, squid okra, turnip, takuan (pickled radish), and negitoro (tuna with green onion), all of which go well with the tororo. The dish has a lively flavor and texture, and is fun to eat as you go along. It is recommended to eat "Tororo" together with various ingredients and four pieces of rice with a spoon, and finally wrap it in seaweed and eat it with gusto.
Only for eating and drinking in the restaurant (not available for take-out).
The product may run out of stock or be discontinued even during the sales period, depending on weather conditions, availability, sales, etc.
