Here is a list of products that I actually tasted and enjoyed at KALDI Coffee Farm. They are "Butter Pudding," "Chocolate Banana Cake," and "Potato Mackerel Stock."

Butter Pudding

A pudding with a rich flavor made with Hokkaido butter. The bottom of the pudding is covered with bittersweet caramel sauce.


It has a firm texture and melts in your mouth, spreading a rich buttery flavor. It's even butterier than I expected! When combined with the caramel sauce, the taste becomes even richer and richer.

Chocolate Banana Cake

A moist cake baked with sweet chocolate batter and banana puree and dried bananas. You can enjoy the sweetness of the chocolate and the rich flavor with a strong bitter taste.


In addition to the banana aroma from the banana puree, the texture of the dried bananas sometimes makes its appearance. The sweet and sour taste, enhanced by the chocolate, is a nice accent. The rich, punchy flavor makes even a single slice very satisfying.

Potato mackerel stock

This dried potato powder can be easily mixed with a can of mackerel to make a potato salad. The texture is moist and smooth like mashed potatoes.
