GODIVA Basque Cheesecake & White Chocolate Cookies

Basque cheesecake, which is said to have started its boom in Tokyo, is now available as a Godiva regional cookie. The "GODIVA Basque Cheesecake & White Chocolate Cookie" is a langdosha cookie kneaded with cream cheese powder, baked to a crispy golden brown, and sandwiched between two layers of cream cheese-flavored white chocolate. The gentle taste of cheese and the sweetness of white chocolate go well with the savory flavor of the langdosha cookie.


The 8-piece package will be available at Godiva limited edition stores and at train station kiosks in the Tokyo area from July 26, 2012, for 1,296 yen (tax included). The limited edition Godiva store will start selling from July 29. Godiva plans to introduce more limited flavors in other areas in the future.
