FLO PRESTIGE PARIS has announced on its official website that "Melon Custard Tart" and "Melon Special Shortcake" will be available as limited-time-only sweets using melon, which looks and tastes gorgeous.

Melon Custard Tart

Melon Custard Tart" will be available from April 28. The price is 2,700 yen (including tax, the same below) for a 15cm-sized whole tart and 691 yen for a cut tart.


It is characterized by the abundant use of melon. The Damande tart is layered with mascarpone, melon liqueur-infused crème diplomat, and sponge, and decorated with Chantilly cream and melon fruit.

Melon Special Shortcake

The "Melon Special Shortcake" will be available for order from May 12. The price is 4,212 yen for an approximately 18 cm (8.5 in.) sized whole, and 529 yen for a cut.


The sponge with maple syrup is covered with Chantilly cream to which melon liqueur and quirsch have been added, and melon. The cream and fruit are said to be a perfect match.
