Shime Parfait Koeda [Salted Caramel Pistachio Flavor

Hokkaido has a food culture called "shime parfait. As the name suggests, "shime parfait" refers to a parfait that is served at the end of a day, such as after drinking or eating. Shime Parfait Koeda [Salted Caramel Pistachio Flavor]" is a new product developed in the hope of expressing the deliciousness of Shime Parfait with "Koeda" and to introduce Shime Parfait and "Koeda" to even more people.

The flavor is inspired by the most popular "Salted Caramel and Pistachio" parfait at Sapporo's "Parfait, Coffee, Sake and Sato," a specialty restaurant specializing in shime parfait. The product features chocolate kneaded with salt and caramel powder, mixed with pistachios, wheat puffs and cookies for a perfect texture.
