Two new Monaka ice cream products are now on sale from Chateraise. They are "Dessert Monaka Caramel Salé" and "Dessert Monaka Setouchi Lemon Tart.

Dessert Monaka Caramel Salé

The Monaka ice cream is made to resemble the luxurious Caramel Salé, characterized by its savory caramel and sharp salty taste. The multi-layered design gives this luxurious Monaka ice cream an unprecedented texture and taste for adults. The chocolate is layered with coffee milk ice cream with chocolate chips and salted caramel ice cream on top of blonde-flavored caramel chocolate with almond crunch, almond praline, and Lorraine rock salt, topped with savory caramel sauce and sandwiched between brown monaca. Priced at 140 yen per piece and 520 yen for a package of four (excluding tax, same as below).

Dessert Monaka: Setouchi Lemon Tart

This monaka ice cream is made in the image of a lemon tart with a fresh, sweet and sour lemon flavor. This luxurious monaka ice cream for adults offers an unprecedented texture and taste thanks to its multi-layered design. Lemon custard ice cream with roasted almonds and cream cheese ice cream are layered on top of white chocolate with cookie crunches, topped with a sour Setouchi lemon peel sauce and sandwiched between pale yellow monaka. Priced at 140 yen per piece and 520 yen for a set of four.
