On April 26, Lotte will release "Sasa [Kyo Matcha Tiramisu]" as a new product in its "Sasa" brand of chocolates characterized by their delicate appearance and crispy texture.

Sasa [Kyo Matcha Tiramisu] is a combination of three types of chocolate: mascarpone-scented Kyo matcha tiramisu chocolate, bitter chocolate, and white chocolate. The taste expresses the trendy Japanese sweet "Matcha Tiramisu" and the appearance is as delicate as silk fabric. The delicate, crispy texture is created by carefully weaving together approximately 1,350 thin strands of chocolate (about 1.5 mm in diameter) (the number of strands before cutting into pieces), and the chocolate melts in the mouth as if it were melting.


Sasa [Kyo Matcha Tiramisu] will be available nationwide from April 26. The package is a soothing green color reminiscent of matcha green tea. The product weighs 69 grams (including individual wrappings) and is priced at around 237 yen (tax included).
