Bibimbap with vegetables (without hot egg)

Hotto Motto's popular annual "Vegetable-Packed Bibimbap (without hot egg)" is a limited-time product that provides 1/2 of the vegetables needed for a day. It is colorfully arranged on a bed of rice with onions, carrots, stir-fried beef in a sweet sauce, komatsuna (Japanese mustard greens), yuzu daikon radish, bean sprout namul, and Chinese cabbage kimchi. The spiciness of the dish can be adjusted from slightly spicy to extremely spicy depending on the amount of bibimbap sauce added as an optional garnish. The price is 500 yen (tax included, same as below).

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Healthy Japan 21 (Second Stage)" sets the target for vegetable intake at an average of 350g (12.35oz) per day.
