Joel Robuchon will be offering a spring-only stollen with seasonal strawberries called "Printemps - Strawberry Sweets". It will be available in stores and at the official online store until May 31. The price in stores varies depending on the size and whether or not a box is included: 3,600 yen for the large size without a box (tax included, same below), 3,930 yen for the large size with a box, and 2,500 yen for the small size without a box. At the official online store, the large size can be ordered for 4,920 yen including delivery charge.

Printemps ~Strawberry sweets

One of Joel Robuchon's Stollen, whose flavor changes with the seasons. Freeze-dried strawberries, strawberry-flavored chocolate, and pistachios are sprinkled on top. The final touch is to dip it in butter to give it a rich flavor. The aromatic butter and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries are said to be the perfect combination.
