La Boutique de Joel Robuchon will introduce "Marron Cassis," "Shine Muscat Tart," and "Marie Antoinette - Tea and Apple Mousse" as new autumn sweets.

Marron Cassis

Marron Cassis" will be available from September 15 to October 17. The price is 880 yen (tax included, same as below).

The marron and blackcurrant mousse is made into a cute mushroom shape. The umbrella is covered with a rich marron mousse with blackcurrant cream, while the shaft is covered with chocolate cream and a light-flavored marron chantilly. The praline chocolate, which resembles soil, also adds a crunchy texture when tasted together.

Cheyenne Muscat Tart

The "Cheyenne Muscat Tart" will be on sale until October 17. The selling price is 940 yen.

The light cream mixed with custard cream and whipped cream is layered on the fragrant baked almond dough and decorated with a piece of Cheyenne Muscat. The fresh taste and aroma of this product is refreshing.

Marie Antoinette - Tea and apple mousse

Marie Antoinette - Tea and Apple Mousse" will be available until November 28. The selling price is 740 yen.

This chocolate mousse is scented with "Marie Antoinette," a Ninas rose and apple flavored tea. Inside is cream scented with "Marie Antoinette" and sautéed apples. The selling price is 740 yen.
