Joel Robuchon is now selling a spring-only Mont Blanc "Strawberry Mont Blanc", which will be available until the end of May. The price is 800 yen (tax included).

Strawberry Mont Blanc

This is one of Joel Robuchon's seasonal Mont Blanc series, which uses seasonal fruits and ingredients to elaborate its sales. This gorgeous spring-like cake uses strawberries in various forms in the cream, mousse, and gelée, and the whole strawberry is wrapped in a lovely pink cream. The pistachio biscuit, soft cream, and mousse offer a variety of textures.

It is sold alongside the "Mont Blanc," which is made with chestnut mousse, cream, biscuit and chopped marrons. The following stores will be selling the product.
