It is said to have both the richness of ice cream and the refreshing taste of yogurt. While satisfying as a dessert, it has a refreshing finish with a moderate acidity unique to yogurt.

The base ice cream is made from a thick yogurt developed exclusively for ice cream. This yogurt is fermented with Meiji's LB81 lactic acid bacteria, a combination of the 2038 strain of Bulgaria bacteria and 1131 strain of Thermophilus bacteria used in "Meiji Bulgaria Yogurt". It is also said that low-temperature freezing technology is utilized to produce a smooth texture. The product is recommended to be enjoyed after a bath or a meal, or in the evening.
