Onagawa Sanma no Tsumire Soup

Onagawa Sanma no Tsumire Soup is a Japanese-style soup made with fish paste made from surimi of sanma, a specialty of Onagawa Town, Miyagi Prefecture, which boasts one of the largest catches in Japan, as well as jarred flying fish dashi and sanma fish sauce. Ingredients include nameko mushrooms with a nice texture, fragrant grilled leeks, and tofu, following the recipe for Onagawa's fish paste soup. The topping of yuzu-scented yam is a nice accent.

Soup Stock Tokyo's food service outlets will carry the product, with a few exceptions. Excluded are the Nakameguro store, Lumine Kitasenju store, Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu store, Food & Time Isetan Yokohama store, Echika Ikebukuro store Minami Machida Granberry Park store, and Termina 2 store.

Onagawa Sanma Keema Curry

Onagawa Sanma Keema Curry" will be available in limited quantities for eat-in and To go, and retort pouch items will also be available.

In principle, eat-in and To go are available at Soup Stock Tokyo outlets, with some exceptions. The following stores are excluded: Nakameguro, Lumine Kitasenju, Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu, Food & Time Isetan Yokohama, Echika Ikebukuro, Minami-Machida Granberry Park, and Termina 2.

Retort pouch items will be available at all Soup Stock Tokyo outlets and all Soup Stock Tokyo restaurants except Termina 2.

Onagawa Sanma Tomato Stewed Soup

Onagawa Sanma Tomato Stewed Soup is available as an eat-in or To go menu item, as well as in limited quantities in frozen form.

Eat-in and To go menu items are available at the Nakameguro Store, Lumine Kitasenju Store, Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu Store, Food & Time Isetan Yokohama Store, Echika Ikebukuro Store, and Minami Machida Granberry Park Store. Frozen products will be sold at all Soup Stock Tokyo outlets except the two Termina stores, and at all Soup Stock Tokyo stores where customers eat at home.

A portion of the proceeds will be used to support the "Onagawa Four Seasons Festival Executive Committee" and the continued purchase of samma at a fair price.
