When making the prototype, it was difficult to reproduce the image of a pancake in both appearance and taste. Since the soufflé tends to have uneven browning and texture, we conducted many tests until we were satisfied with the quality. In terms of taste, it was difficult to adjust the thickness and amount of caramel sauce to the most delicious balance.
