The most popular of these, "Hot Cake Souffle Pudding" representing the western Japan area, is now available at FamilyMart stores nationwide. The butter cream with custard and pancake-style soufflé are said to be a perfect match for the pudding.



They're designed to look like pancakes, and they're pretty too! The soufflé is soft and airy. Eating it with butter cream gives it a nostalgic taste with a rich buttery flavor that spreads softly.
