weets Ginza KOJI CORNER fresh cake stores will begin sequential sales of Hinamatsuri sweets on February 25 (Sat). Baked sweets are on sale in advance.

Hina Party (9 pieces):

An assortment of petite cakes that remind you of the arrival of spring, centering on the "Odaireisama" tart with mango cream and banana cream and the "Ohinasama" tart with raspberry cream and strawberry cream. Priced at 2,700 yen (tax included, same as below), it will go on sale on February 25.

Hina-ogi

: A fan-shaped decoration cake decorated with strawberries and sugar confections of Odaire-sama & Ohinasama to bring good luck. It is decorated with yellow peach cream sandwiched between layers of green tea sponge and strawberry-flavored sponge to give it a "hina" color, in honor of the Peach Festival.


Priced at 2,268 yen for Hina-ogi SS (2-3 servings), 3,240 yen for Hina-ogi S (3-4 servings), and 3,780 yen for Hina-ogi M (4-5 servings). SS will go on sale on February 25; S and M on March 2.

Hina

Short (No. 5

) A gorgeous decorated cake perfect for celebrations, with two-color cream squeezed over the top and decorated with strawberries. The mellow cream and the freshness of yellow peaches and strawberries blend perfectly. 15 cm in diameter, for 5 to 6 persons. Priced at 3,564 yen.

Hina Choco Deco (No. 5):

Soft cocoa sponge sandwiched between chocolate cream with chocolate chips. It is decorated with strawberries, odaire-sama and hina-sama, cute sugar confections. 15cm in diameter, 5-6 persons. 15 cm in diameter, for 5 to 6 persons. Priced at 3,564 yen.

Odayirisama/Ohinasama

: Odayirisama is a petite decorated cake decorated with strawberries and cream, and Ohinasama is a petite decorated cake decorated with strawberries and strawberry cream. Both cakes are made with slightly sweet strawberry cream sandwiched between fluffy sponge. Priced at 648 yen each, on sale March 2.

Obina Short/Mebina Short

: Yellow peach cream sandwiched between green tea sponge and strawberry flavored sponge, topped with Obina/Mebina chocolate and strawberries. Priced at 453 yen each, on sale March 2.

Hina-dan Decoration (10 pieces):

Open the lid and you will see a hina-dan with Ohinasama, Odaire-sama, San-nin Kanjo, and Goninbayashi (five courtesans). Two types of moist baked madeleines and two types of crunchy cookies are assorted. The price is 702 yen.


There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
There are no stores in Fukui, Kyoto and Tottori Prefectures.
