A unique cheesecake that looks just like Ogura toast. A cheesecake made from Aso Oguni jersey milk with a rich fluffy texture, topped with plenty of Hokkaido apricot anko, and topped with a square butter-flavored whipped cream that expresses toast butter.


By applying a thin cream to the surface of the cheesecake and adding a charred crumb, it looks just like Ogura toast. It was born after a development period of about one year from the desire to express Ogura toast with more realistic sweets, which we want our customers to be pleased with even in Corona.
