Yamadaya of Hiroshima, known for its momiji manju, has announced on its official website that "Shuderuyama Chocolat" is now available as a limited-time-only sweet, and will be handled from December 16, 2021 to mid-February, 2022. It is also available at the official online store, priced at 1,500 yen (tax included, delivery fee not included).

According to Yamadaya, this product expresses the taste and shape of the sacred mountain of Miyajima, Yayama, which is said to be the mountain where the gods dwell, and its immovable charm that carries with it rare excellence and power. This traditional pastry from Alsace, France, is made with the premium butter recommended by French chefs.

The dough is filled with red bean paste, and the edges are coated with chocolate. The size is 12 cm (1 hole) and the outer dimensions of the box are 13.6 x 14.2 x 7.2 cm (13.6 x 14.2 x 7.2 cm). 14 days from the day after the date of manufacture, if unopened.
