This product was developed by a female Lawson employee who participated in the project, triggered by a proposal from the owners who run Lawson stores in Tohoku. Fukushima prefecture rice "Ten no Tsubu" rice flour is used to sandwich the whipped cream with peach jam from Fukushima prefecture. With a chewy texture, it is finished in a Tohoku-like koppe-pan that women can enjoy.

The "Koppe-pan series by prefecture" is a series of koppe-pan made from rice flour from each prefecture in Tohoku, with a chewy texture made by using a polyhydric method and sandwiched between whipped cream using ingredients from each prefecture in Tohoku. ..
