"Nara Cottonberry x Ancient Capital Princess Millefeuille" is topped with "Cottonberry" and "Ancient Capital Princess," a new variety of strawberries produced in Nara Prefecture, and a light texture of rich custard cream combined with whipped cream. The light texture of the cream is well-balanced with the crispy pie crust. Strawberry sauce is placed in the middle of the cream to accentuate the rich flavor.

It is available at the Sembikiya Ginza main store, Fruit Parlor on the 2nd floor. The price is 4,950 yen.

" are strawberries born in Nara Prefecture and applied for registration as a new variety in 2021. They are cultivated with reduced use of agricultural chemicals, and each strawberry is handpicked to ensure that it is well nourished and produces high quality fruit.

The "Ancient Capital Princess" has a sweet aroma and a good balance of sweetness and mild acidity, just like its aroma. Cottonberry" has a light peach color and a sweetness that overturns the common perception of white strawberries.
