Peach Melba is a peach dessert devised by the chef of the Savoy Hotel in honor of the opera "Lohengrin" for the popular opera singer Nellie Melba in the late 19th century.

Gold and silver tarts

"Gold and silver tart" is a two-layered cheese tart with a rare cheesecake layered on a baked cheesecake. The baked cheese dough has an image of gold, and the rare cheese dough has an image of silver. The price is 180 yen.
