Mister Donut will release "Mugyutto Donuts", which has a new chewy "Mugyutto" texture and is made from domestic wheat flour and hot water roux manufacturing method. Available from June 11th.

"Mugyutto Donut" was developed with the concept of "a donut that you won't get tired of eating like a table roll" with the aim of making it easier and more everyday to eat. A new product that can be used not only for snacks but also for meals.

In order to create a new texture that has never been seen before, we adopted the water roux manufacturing method that is also used for making bread and flour from Hokkaido wheat. A major feature is the chewy, "mugyutto" texture created by the water roux dough that contains a lot of water. In addition, the dough is molded one by one by hand, and by twisting the folded dough, the dough becomes stronger and the "muggy" texture stands out.
