It is a seasonal dessert of Il Rosa known as Tokushima souvenir "Mamma Rosa", and it is also suitable for gifts. "Kamiyama Sudachi" "Kito Yuzu" "Komatsushima Bayberry" "Kamojima Shiranui" "Misato Kamiyama Ume" Five flavors are available.

Kamiyama Sudachi is a dish bearing the name of Kamiyama, a famous sudachi producing area. It has been announced that abundant use of sudachi juice with a unique aroma and refreshing acidity was used.

Kito Yuzu is characterized by the use of high-quality and fragrant Yuzu. Fruits grown in the climate of Kito, where the temperature difference between day and night is large and the cold is severe in winter, are used.

Komatsushima bayberry is made as a flavor of bayberry that bears pretty fruit in the blessing of the sun. A sweet and sour taste that seems to be nostalgic with a gentle crimson color.

Kamojima's Shiranui is a dish in which the taste of "Shiranui" harvested at the Dekopon Garden in Ensho, Kamojima Town is tightly confined inside. The plums of Misato and Kamiyama have a strong bluish tinge and are made from large plums called "Ujuku", which have a sweet and sour flavor.
