Glico "Cafe Jelly"

A series where you can actually eat the "coffee jelly" you care about. Six items are Glico "Cafe Jelly". It feels like a cafe !?

Glico's "Cafe Jelly" is a coffee jelly that uses Kilimanjaro. Comes with a special cream syrup that complements the coffee. The purchase price is 138 yen (excluding tax).

Considering the fresh taste of jelly and the aroma of coffee, Kirimanjaro (50% of coffee) is selected from among many coffees. The cream syrup has also been renewed to match the special cafe jelly. Using some butter and condensed milk, it is finished in a cream syrup that enhances the richness of the cream and the taste of coffee.

Glico "Cafe Jelly"

A container with a glass-like design, which is rare for cup-type coffee jelly (?). Cream syrup is attached to the root part so that it can be removed quickly. A little funny! It looks cute and you can enjoy the feeling of a coffee shop at home.

The nice point is that you can adjust the amount of syrup and the timing of applying it yourself! The cream is sweet and has a mellow milky finish. It is rich and goes well with the bittersweetness of coffee.

The jelly has a moderate texture between "Toro" and "Puru". The cup-type coffee jelly had a modest jelly flavor, and I had the impression that the cream taste was a little noticeable, but you can also feel the coffee taste from the jelly! The bitterness that remains in the mouth after swallowing is irresistible. Horse~!
