"Cake shop's specialty fruit sandwiches" are now available at 11 cafes and restaurants in the Ginza Cozy Corner. Two items, "Strawberry Fruit Sandwich" and "Ibaraki Prefecture Melon Fruit Sandwich", will be on sale from May 26th.

A special fruit sandwich filled with the commitment of Western confectionery craftsmen. Two types of cream to be sandwiched are used: whipped cream and cheese cream. The mellow sweetness of the whipped cream enhances the charm of the fruit, and the refreshing taste of the cheese cream that comes later creates a pleasant aftertaste. Use whole wheat bread and rebake just before sandwiching. You can enjoy the fragrance of wheat that spreads with a soft and moist texture.

Strawberry fruit sandwich

The "Strawberry Fruit Sandwich", which is sold all year round, is a fruit sandwich made of strawberry, cheese cream and whipped cream sandwiched in bread with whole grains. You can enjoy the taste of the trinity of sweet and sour strawberries, mellow sweet cream that enhances its charm, and fragrant bread. The price is 820 yen (tax included, same below).

Melon fruit sandwich

"Ibaraki Prefecture Melon Fruit Sandwich" is a seasonal fruit sandwich until mid-June. Ibaraki melon and cheese cream & whipped cream are sandwiched in bread with whole grains. The delicate melon flavor and mellow sweet cream go well together. The price is 880 yen.
