The June recommended parfait and dessert plates will be available at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza main salon de café for a limited time starting June 1.

Parfait of "Crown Melon" from Fukuroi district, Shizuoka Prefecture

This parfait uses the "crown melon," the king of muskmelons. The meltingly soft pulp spreads a rich sweetness and mellow aroma. The price is 2,700 yen (tax included).

Strawberry Parfait with "Aska Ruby" from Higashimiyoshi-cho, Miyoshi County, Tokushima Prefecture

This parfait uses "Aska Ruby" strawberries, which have a beautiful color and luster like rubies, a red jewel, in the sauce. The price is 2,200 yen.

Yamagata "Sato Nishiki" Parfait

This parfait uses Sato Nishiki cherries, which are representative of Yamagata Prefecture. The jewel-like red fruit is firm and firm, and its juice overflows with a refreshing sourness. Priced at 2,700 yen, it will be available from mid-June.


The "Premium Strawberry Parfait" (3,600 yen) using summer strawberries from Yamanashi and Hokkaido is also available. The period of availability may differ for some items.

Fruit Sandwich on Croissant

Fruit sandwiches made with "crown melon" from Fukuroi area in Shizuoka Prefecture and strawberries as the main ingredient, along with a variety of other fruits. It is served with rare natural, unheated honey produced by the "Hamonyi Beekeeping Department". The price is 1,700 yen.
